The Co-ordinating Group

The Coordinating Group (CG) is made up of BAPCA members who volunteer to help in the development of the Association. The group is made up of a Convenor and up to 8 elected members. The CG can further co-opt 3 additional members. This is current as of August 2017.

What is the Person-Centred Approach?

The person-centred approach is based on the theory and philosophy of Dr Carl Rogers. It is a non-directive approach to being with another; that believes in the other's potential and ability to make the right choices for themself, regardless of the therapist's own values, beliefs and ideas.
