Use of our logo

BAPCA has become The Person Centred Association, and this page will be updated shortly with details of the new logo.

The BAPCA Logo is Registered with the Intellectual Property Office as a Trade Mark which means that the CG, acting on behalf of the Association, has the legal right to protect it’s use.

BAPCA encourages it’s use with the intention of making the aims of BAPCA more widely know.

It can be used on printed material, as a part of a letter head or on members web sites and other purposes with the approval of the Coordinating Group (CG).

The BAPCA Logo can be used if you are:

The Convenor of BAPCA on official and approved business;

A member of BAPCAs CG on official and approved business;

The Co-ordinator of a Local BAPCA Group and the BAPCA CG has approved its usage;

An individual member of BAPCA who wishes to advertise your BAPCA membership and the BAPCA CG has approved its usage;

An Organisational member of BAPCA which wishes to advertise its BAPCA membership and the BAPCA CG has approved its usage;

Obtaining approval to use the BAPCA Logo:

Under normal circumstances the CG delegate their responsibility to authorise the use of the BAPCA logo to the Website Manager. In the event of an applicant disagreeing with the Website Manager’s decision the applicant can refer the decision to the CG - their decision is final.

The factors that will influence the decisions of the Website Manager, or the CG on appeal, are (the CG can reach a majority decision): 

It is a suitable document, or website, for the BAPCA logo to appear on;

The use of the logo will not lead to BAPCA being misrepresented;

The use of the logo is not contrary to the BAPCA constitution;  

It’s used in a manor that misrepresents the user as holding a qualification awarded.
