As a person centred counsellor I aim to provide clients with an opportunity to explore their feelings and to gain a greater understanding of their 'way of being' and in so doing raise their level of awareness of the available choices which are available to them. The work may be related directly to a specific issue which is seen to be problematical or for the personal development of the individual.
